Me and UooUoo is a Wild in Art event brought to you by the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation.
1. Your App Email
Wild in Art and the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation will process your personal data in order to identify your account, communicate with you if you require support and for marketing purposes in accordance with our Privacy Notices. You can change your preferences at any time in the Settings section of the app.
2. Your App Data
By using the app you acknowledge that Wild in Art and the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation will process anonymised app data i.e. no. of displays collected, no. of rewards unlocked, for event evaluation purposes. You can change your preferences at any time by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Your Photos
You bear sole responsibility for the photos which you choose to post on the app. By posting photos, you warrant that you have the permission and authority to do so and that, you understand the public will see them and may use/share that content. In posting photos to the app, you grant to Wild in Art and the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable licence to publish, display, copy, modify, create derivative works from and distribute the photos on the service. You also grant to Wild in Art and the Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation the right and licence to use the photos in any way for the purpose of publicising the service and Wild in Art events and to grant sub-licences on the same basis. We reserve the right to moderate all submitted photos before publication.
4. Data Protection and Privacy Policies
As a UK-based company Wild in Art will process your data in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and any other data protection legislation which may amend or supersede the GDPR. The Royal Children’s Hospital Foundation will process your data in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (including the letter and the spirit of the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) and any relevant State laws in relation to the management of personal information.
